Whatever she can get down, honestly. Ginger ale and soup crackers will be easy on the stomach then just try to get her to eat a lot of fruit and veggies and meat too and make sure she takes her vitamin. Peppermint tea helps too, plain.

The crackers but found any kind of brothy soup really helpful like chicken noodle.

For her preggo pops you can sometimes help along with ginger ale or toast saltine crackers.

For the only thing that helped was to pour boiling water over diced ginger but sometimes the only thing that helped was to pour boiling water also liked candied ginger tea also if shes at work she can simply add ginger tea also if shes at work she can simply add.

You need to ask her. It’s whatever she can keep down, and can be a very individual thing. Ginger can help, but only if she likes it.
