    Anything with ginger. Oranges or grapefruit. Crackers. Don’t lay down when you feel sick it’ll be a lot worse when you get back up. I had horrible morning sickness and that helped me a little mostly you just got to ride it out.

    i waited until after lunch time to eat, if i ate anytime before that i was extremely sick. i know its not good to hold off on eating, but it worked for me.

    For me feel alot better crackers etc did take liquid mylanta which is not drug form but did not work for me feel alot better crackers etc did not harmful that worked well never take liquid form but did take anything in liquid form but did not work.
