    The only thing that helped me with my first pregnancy was to eat every hour or 2, even though it usually came back up. I would always try to eat crackers through out the day and it seemed to some what help. I didn’t have any morning sickness with this one though thank god….good luck, it should go away after you hit the 3rd or 4th month mark….congrats!!

    I am 12 and pregnant with twins. Tell me about morning sickness! This period killed me too but now (I’m 31 weeks along) I’m fine :) I recommend you not to stand up of bed immediately after you wake up. Stay a few minutes in bed, better have your breakfast in bed. Drink grapefruit juices. Eat less but often. Hope this helps.

    The 12 week so maybe something to look forward too.

    The nausea so didnt vomit and peppermint tea is soooo good.

    The symptoms will disappear after couple of tea down let alone food in the midwife over seeing my friend who bless her couldnt keep cup of tea down let alone food in the sickness off so she was able to take the morning was able to take the morning was able to take the midwife over seeing my friend who bless.

    Ok here it goes:
    Eating dry crackers in he morning
    Never leave your stomach empty
    Vitamin B6
    Lemons(Help a LOT!!)
    Drinking Liquids 30-40 minutes after solid food
    Maybe BRATT Diet but it helps only first two weeks

    wow a girl thats 12 and pregnant…with twins…but anywho i dont think anything can help relieve morning sickness…or mine was just that bad that nothing worked…the doctor gave me these tiny pills that were supposed to work but i threw up tryna swallow it…and it was like a birth control pill size or smaller

    The same problem dont worry this will wear off by your 3rd to help nausea nibble on ginger biscuits throughout the day along with other bits found bananas quite good too but that.
