		<description>Maternity leave at my job is a non-paid leave so I don't know about the pay - the insurance - probably not.  If your job gave out a handbook when you were first hired - I would find it and look it up - the answer is probably in there.</description>

		<description>I can't imagine you would owe money back?  If you are getting paid by taking off vacation or sick leave then I would say no, but if they are just paying you salary out of the kindness of their hearts, then they would, at the least, be upset I'm sure. 

As long as you are using your time (sick, vacation) you are considered still employed and shouldn't be liable for anything.  But I would talk to someone who really knows.</description>
