You can make both of these yourself, but it does require some work to make it look nice. I suspect you will also have to use SimPE to make sure that the item you make will appear when your sim is pregnant. Here's a starter set of tutorials about clothing in general. I'd start here to get myself familiar with the concepts and how to do basic clothing mods.
