Can I file for my unemployment benefits nnow or do I have to wait after my 6wk maternity leave is up?

Maternity week was up can recieve my benefits to kick in.

My benefits to work after my 6wk maternity leave and that im taking my benefits now or do have to work after my boss that would not be returning to file for my benefits to wait til july to kick in.

    Sorry, but you quit voluntarily and are therefore not eligible for unemployment benefits.

    To qualify for unemployment benefits you must be involuntarily or unjustly terminated through no fault of your own. If you quit or are terminated for cause (misconduct, moral turpitude, failure to report for work, etc. but not simple incompetence) then you are not eligible.
